Core Team Process™
The Alliance for Multispecialty Research, LLC. is a nation-wide network of seventeen independently-owned and operated
Clinical Research Centers
recognized as among the most experienced in the industry. AMR, while not an SMO (Site Management Organization), acknowledges the importance of multi-site coordination by offering its Core Team Process™ - a unique no-cost self-coordination service that maximizes economies of scale, consistency and self-assessment in an effort to exceed Sponsor goals ahead of schedule and under budget with a single point of communications and a self-governing Core Team Committee to ensure oversight and study / trial efficiencies.
The AMR Core Team (Committee) operates in parallel to the Program Sponsor or CRO Clinical Operations Team with AMR's Core Team Committee Chairperson functioning as our internal project manager. The Core Team Process™ is a no-cost, value-added service which strengthens each partnership developed in the industry.
The Core Team Process™ Offers...
- An option to provide clinical Sponsors / CROs the ability to engage multiple AMR Centers of Excellence in large studies requiring diverse multiple sites/populations with centralized, no-cost coordination including, but not limited to, single point of communications/information dissemination, group budget and contract negotiations, standardization of study source documentation as well as internal Mentoring of all participating Centers.
- A unified "core team" approach through the formulation of a self-governing CORE TEAM COMMITTEE with membership from each participating Principal Investigator Center and a designated Chairperson to serve as the primary point of contact for the duration of each respective trial, followed by post-study self assessment / reporting.
