Research Across America (RAA), since 1989, has specialized in providing clinical research services and has conducted over 1,200 clinical trials for almost every major pharmaceutical, consumer care, biotech, nutritional and medical device company. RAA is physician owned and operated, and conducts Rx to O-T-C, Phase II, III, and IV clinical trials that broadly range from generalized problems to specialized areas, such as women's, men's, children's and senior health.

RAA-Texas recruits from the local student/university population, the private practice of Dr. Adelglass and staff, physician referrals and aggressive local patient recruitment.
RAA-Texas' medical practice draws study patients from an extensive in-house database, as well as from surrounding communities. These patients consist of all ages and diverse ethnicities.
