Clinical Physiology Associates (CPA) is a multispecialty research group with an independent, dedicated outpatient study center located in Fort Myers, Florida providing clinical trial services to the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.

Known locally as The Clinical Study Center, CPA has been providing support to new drug development and access to clinical trials to the residents of Lee, Collier and Charlotte counties since 1978.
